Race Format:

• 🏊‍♂️ 200-yard swim (indoor pool)

• 🚴‍♂️ 4 km bike (indoor trainer/No Bike Needed!)

• 🏃‍♀️ 1 km run (outdoor track)

Age Group:

Open to athletes 11–16 years old (as of 2025) — with age groups divided into 11–12, 13–14, and 15–16.

💰 Prize Pool: $1,000
🏆 Top 3 finishers in each gender category will share a prize pool equivalent to $1,000 in value — including gear, gift cards, and more!
