Service Description
Season Dates: August 17 – November 29, 2026 Season Tuition: $995 Age Group: 7–10 years old Placement is based on age, swimming ability, and overall readiness. The Beginner Program is designed for young athletes who are new to triathlon, swimming, cycling, running and ready to build a strong foundation in swimming, cycling, and running. Athletes should be comfortable swimming at least 25 yards continuously without assistance. Knowledge of all four competitive strokes is not required. Athletes follow a structured year-round training program focused on developing fundamental movement skills, swimming technique, running mechanics, bike handling, coordination, strength, and confidence in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. The emphasis is on learning proper technique, building healthy habits, and developing a lifelong enjoyment of sport. The Beginner Program is the ideal first step for athletes who are interested in triathlon, swimming, cycling, running and preparing to progress into the Rookie Program. Program Highlights Structured year-round coaching Swim, bike, run, and strength training Athletes must be able to swim at least 25 yards continuously Small-group environment (maximum 20 athletes) Focus on fundamental skills, confidence, and long-term athletic development Clear pathway to the Rookie Program Final placement into the Beginner Program is determined by the coaching staff based on each athlete's age, swimming ability, athletic readiness, and overall development.
