Season Dates: August 17 – November 29, 2026 Season Tuition: $1,195 Age Group: 9–12 years old Placement is based on age, swimming ability, and overall readiness. The Rookie Program is designed for young athletes who have a solid foundation in swimming and are ready to begin structured triathlon training. Athletes are expected to be comfortable swimming all four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) and be prepared to develop their skills across all three triathlon disciplines. Athletes follow a structured year-round training program focused on developing swimming, cycling, running, strength, mobility, transitions, and healthy training habits in a fun, positive, and supportive team environment. The program emphasizes proper technique, confidence, consistency, and long-term athletic development. Whether preparing for a first youth triathlon or progressing toward more competitive racing, athletes receive coaching appropriate to their experience and stage of development.
