We Build Athletes! Our youth triathlon program provides comprehensive training for children aged 8 and above, focusing on swimming, biking, and running disciplines. Led by dedicated certified coaches, our program is designed to develop young triathletes in a safe and supportive environment. Program Highlights: ๐ Up to 3 swim sessions per week: Improve swimming technique and endurance with triathlon-specific training. ๐ด 2+ cycling sessions per week: Enhance cycling skills and fitness through group rides and individualized coaching. ๐ 4+ running sessions per week: Build speed, stamina, and running efficiency with targeted workouts. ๐ช Strength and coordination exercises: Focused on balanced development across swimming, cycling, and running. ๐ Integrated skill development: Training includes swim-run, swim-bike, and bike-run workouts, plus weekend sessions for extended practice. Our goal is to prepare young athletes not only for competitive triathlons but also to foster resilience, confidence, and a lifelong love for fitness.
